Situated in the picturesque tranquil parish of Deerness on the East Mainland of Orkney it is perfect for families or groups of friends.
Kirkwall, with all its amenities, is just a fifteen minute drive away, the airport is even closer, the house is situated on the main road and bus route to both. The very well stocked licensed Deerness Stores is a 10 -15 minute walk away. Dingieshowe and Newark Bay beaches are very close by offering excellent coastal walking. Other nearby local attractions include The Gloup, The Brough of Deerness and Mull Head RSPB reserve. The property is ideally located for exploring all of the attractions of mainland Orkney being a thirty to forty minute drive to the neolithic archaeological sites of the West Mainland.
Sleeps 7 comfortably in 1 x double room with en suite, 1 x twin room with bunks plus 1 x king size sofa bed and 1 x single sofa bed in a large living room.
